Privacy Policy

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and a display name.

Wellness Data: You may voluntarily provide information including mood entries, energy levels, journal entries, habit logs, meal and weight logs, and other self-reflection data. This data is used to provide personalised wellness tracking and insights.

Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment processing. We receive only your subscription status and a customer identifier from Stripe.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymised analytics data about how you interact with the App to improve our services.

• To provide access to meditation, hypnotherapy, and educational content
• To track and display your mood, habits, journal entries, and wellness progress
• To process subscription payments and manage your subscription status
• To send you important account or service notifications
• To improve and maintain the App's features and content

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information using industry-standard security practices. Your wellness data is stored securely and is only accessible to you and authorised administrators. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with: (1) Stripe, our payment processor, to handle subscription transactions; (2) service providers who assist us in operating the App, under appropriate confidentiality agreements; and (3) legal authorities if required by law or to protect our rights.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent to data processing at any time
• Request a portable copy of your data
• Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland)

You can delete your account and associated data at any time through the Profile Settings in the App, or by submitting a request via our Data Deletion Request page. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your wellness data and personal information will be removed from our systems. Anonymous or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.

The App is designed for teenagers and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy within the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
